Is a project aims to develop  industry and crafts and improving the social and economic situation in the Egyptian society

The project consists of an industrial part consisting of a group of workshops, classrooms and technical offices, a cultural part which is a theater for entertainment arts and a social part consisting of halls for development of skills and human development and its general office and public social halls,

It also houses an administrative building for industry and handcraft guilds , also a hostel for workers in the project.

The project also has Expo to display the products manufactured in workshops annually 

There is an Indigo Club as an entertainment element for the region's inhabitants and workers in the village and includes an open theater for singing and evening parties
